The Gregg Parkview Apartment Complex is located in Bayonne, New Jersey, with views of the Manhattan skyline. The design concept aims to create a New York-style theme in a minimalist layout, utilizing "Smart Glass" to divide spaces while maintaining an open floor plan that facilitates flow. LED lighting is used for linearity and directionality, reflecting the connection to New York City, where the tenant carries out their daily professional activities. The renovation preserves key trim elements, flooring, and the original window layout, offering a blend of contemporary design with the traditional style of this early 1900s structure. Various shades of gray are incorporated throughout the design, complemented by custom kitchen cabinets featuring a specially formulated lacquer finish. A pivoting glass breakfast bar, supported by a single caster, is designed to optimize space and allows the tenant to enjoy morning coffee with a stunning view of the Manhattan cityscape.
