This strategically located house in Anchieta, Espírito Santo, Brazil, is specifically designed for a family of three: a mother and her teenage son and daughter. The two-story structure commands attention with its four massive columns, giving the impression that the corners are floating. On the second floor, a central corridor leads to three equally sized bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom, ensuring functionality and privacy. The rooftop is in four quadrants, seamlessly connected by a bridge for easy access. Strategically placed skylights illuminate the central corridor, while the windows form a striking triangular ribbon along each corner of the second floor. This house includes a semi-submerged basement with a vibrant recreational area alongside essential service spaces. The property is designed as a perfect square with minimal landscaping, promoting effortless circulation around the house.
